  • Our Shipping Policy
    Once your payment is received, payment processing is 15-24 hours. Standard shipping takes about 5-8 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to receive your items. If you need your package earlier than standard shipping time it's recommended you choose expedited shipping. Once payment is cleared and all items are shipped, your tracking number will be sent to the email you provided us with at the time of checkout. Please Make sure your shipping information and email is correct before paying. Once your order is shipped some carriers may have shipping delays and it is your responsibility to contact the shipping company for further assistance. Your order must contain the correct shipping address. Once your order is placed we cannot ship to a different address. Make sure everything is correct prior to paying. If you have questions or concerns about your order, contact us via. Email @ The address used for payment must match shipping location address or order will be cancelled. Preorder shipping can take about 2-3 weeks depending on the preorder time frame. There is no Expedite ship for preorders. Patience is required.
  • NO refunds & NO exchange’s
    All products are closely examined to ensure all clients receive what they are paying for with no damages before being shipped. Therefore no refunds will be granted or exchanges. All packages will require a signature before receiving to prevent the claims of packages not being received. Please monitor arrival dates of packages to make arrangements to sign and receive package. Please make sure to throughly check your cart before ordering to prevent ordering the wrong item as their will be no refunds or exchanges.
  • Late arrival
    A 15 minute grace period will be given to clients at no charge. If you come later than 15 minutes without communication your appointment will be canceled and deposit is NON REFUNDABLE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TRANSFER YOUR DEPOSIT TO ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. You will have to schedule another appointment and pay another deposit.
  • Deposits
    Deposit are mandatory to secure your appointment, no deposit = no appointment. Deposits can be paid via cashapp or Zelle via client’s account only unless approved by stylist. Cash will be accepted for deposits if these options are unavailable. Deposits paid goes toward the total cost of your service. Deposits are non refundable what so ever!!! and can only be transferred to another date once, after approval from stylist. Remaining balance is to be paid in cash only.
